The hotel is conveniently located close to both the town center and the university, making it a great choice for visitors. You can easily walk to the city center in just a few minutes, and the university is right next door. This makes exploring the city and attending events or meetings very convenient. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a green area, providing a peaceful and refreshing environment for guests.
There were no major issues or aspects that could be improved at this hotel. All was well during my stay.

We enjoyed the overall decor and style of our room, which was cozy and romantically lit. the location of the hotel was convenient for walking around town and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast. the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Our room did not have proper soundproofing and we could hear the noise from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. the air conditioning was not functioning properly and the room was stuffy and uncomfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean and had great facilities such as a fully equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The location was convenient with a bus stop nearby, and it was close to both the university campus and the city center.

The hotel's location was convenient, near both the university and city centre. the modern apartment we stayed in had a key-less access, but the sound isolation wasn't enough to block out the street noise. the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook, and the large bathroom had plenty of space.
Sadly, we couldn't ignore the fact that the shared hallway and bathroom were freezing, which made the morning routine unpleasant.

Spent my xmas in this cozy little place with a great location! Loved the spotless room and the friendly staff. The bus stop right outside was a lifesaver, and the basic equipment in the kitchen served me well. Plus, the free parking on the street and the 2-min walk to the supermarket made my stay hassle-free!
There was no toiletries provided which was a downside. , the sound isolation was not great, as I could hear outside and the neighbouring rooms.
